During the equipment delivery, according to customer needs, equipment and software qualification tests are conducted within specified protocols. Documentation including Design Qualification (DQ), Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), Performance Qualification (PQ), as well as user manuals and equipment maintenance guidelines, are provided to customers.
All our manufactured products (freeze dryers) come with a one-year warranty and ten years of after-sales service. Professional and specialized training for equipment users is fully conducted. Consultations regarding the processing cycle are also provided to customers.
